SOLVED: QSV transcoding not working

this indicates the client told the server the video/audio are not supported
TranscodeReason=VideoCodecNotSupported, AudioCodecNotSupported

but then this indicates the jellyfin server ignored the request to transcode and copied the streams

Stream mapping:
Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (copy)
Stream #0:1 -> #0:1 (copy)

are you sure transcoding is enabled on the server in dashboard->playback?

also, what client and device are you using?
