MINIS FORUM NPB5 for Jellyfin (in Proxmox)

Hello together

I am looking for a Mini PC for my Homelab (with 2.5Gb).
Now I've come across the Minis Forum NPB5, which looks really great at first glance.

On this device I want to run Proxmox with different VM's, like jellyfin.

Does anyone have experience with Minis Forum?
And use this for jellyfin as well?

Or does anyone know how I can find out if this Mini PC can run 3 - 5 4k streams at the same time?
