I like my Chromecast with Google TV 4K. The HD will work equally well and is $20 cheaper if you don't need 4K. Roku owners seem to like their devices with Jellyfin. A friend of mine hasn't had any issues using playing content from my server on their Roku 4K. The Nvidia Shield is good if you have a fancy receiver since it handles audio passthrough better.
IMO, stay away from Fire TVs. Their Android OSes are slow to update and Amazon is going to be overhauling their OS in the near future so Jellyfin compatibility is in question on those devices when that does happen.
