jellyfin uses parent folders to identify, expect it cannot identify "Star Trek Cinematic Universe"
what i have done and recommend is having 2 parent folders on the drive then adding each to a source as a separate path
ex:
Drive1/Movies
Drive1/Marvel
Drive1/DC
then jellyfin has a single source with all 3 paths
from there i create custom collections inside jellyfin to re-group them
