Yeah. Jellyfin is not going to automatically organize it the way you have it in the file system. Again, how it organizes your content is wholly dependent on the online DBs.

The only way to kind of get it the way you want is to add each Top Gear and spinoff show to a collection. This collection is at the "top level" and won't be nested under "Shows". But this will allow all these shows to be grouped together in this collection, while still showing up under "Shows".
