Those "Could not find codec" messages are harmless and common.
While the source audio is different, both are transcoded to AAC. The video that is working is transcoded to AAC 5.1 and the video that isn't working is being transcoded to AAC 7.1. I don't think that is a meaningful difference. On the client, try setting it to downmix everything to 5.1 or lower.
