While the source audio is different, both are transcoded to AAC. The video that is working is transcoded to AAC 5.1 and the video that isn't working is being transcoded to AAC 7.1. I don't think that is a meaningful difference. On the client, try setting it to downmix everything to 5.1 or lower.
Ok on the JellyFin desktop app I used 5.1 & it's still working perfectly without transcode. Used the "Always force transcode" and it's transcoding successfully in H264 !
Now how to get to this result in Web Player ?
