neither are a good option, the raspberry pi is already not recommended by being under powered and the mac mini has a 4th gen cpu when 7th is recommended

just follow the hardware selection guide provided by jellyfin to find something https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/admini...-selection

(note the highlighted section where it clearly states SBCs like pi should not be used)
