Hi everyone,
I started using Jellyfin about 6 months ago on my Synology NAS, and suddenly facing a strange issue where the same media will not import.
I started having issues with MKV files so I installed new version using Docker, but I have also tried the Synology app version.
I have a mix of film, tv, and home videos. I've tried to narrow down the issue to the film folder, it gets stuck at 74%
How can I enable a debug log to share?
This is what I have after clicking Scan:
