    Only way is to convert all your content to diffrent resolutions, which takes up a lot of space, then addd - 576p, -720p, -108p etc. like this documentation shows: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/movies/

    I would just use transcoding, havent had troubles with that and i save storage and work..
