Cannot connect to server

I keep getting cannot connect to server message

I keep getting cannot connect to server message. I know the person with the server and they say its fine their end and I also know other people can access fine. It's not letting me in on the mobile app or TV.

Not sure what to do.

I would appreciate any help.
