Transcoding x265 works on some files but not all and web player cannot read it

What do you mean "webplayer" in android? Are you using the browser on your phone and not the Android app? I just realized your videos are HDR10. I'm wondering if that is part of the problem. Your phone is trying to direct play the video? What kind of phone do you have.
