These are both third-party (i.e., not developed by the Jellyfin team) applications that some folks on here will use, but probably can't provide much support. You'll probably want to engage on whatever platform Jellyseerr support is most active on (GitHub, Discord, etc...).
From my experience, I don't see an easy way to do what you want. When I imported a user from Jellyfin > Jellyseerr (not required with the options I have set), it entered a lowercase version of the username in the email field. So you might be able to require in jfa-go that users have their email address as username, then that would transfer to Jellyseerr, but you'd have to test that or open an issue with the team on GitHub for a feature request.
