The ONLY way I can think of for your use case is to have a "guest" user, or multiple guest users, with no password. Setup a QR code at the start of the tour with the jellyfin web URL, modern mobile browsers should handle Jellyfin just fine.
If you have multiple tours, each guest user is assigned just the audio file for that tour to avoid confusion.
