However, in the meantime I switched to "Finamp" for iOS which does the job very well. Another solution for iOS is "Fintunes" which I haven't tested yet. Generally I would prefer one integrated app for all media. But Jellyfin iOS client is no choice for music streaming by WAN/VPN connections.
