With the way things are going, it seems like there probably wont be any home/outdoor appliances without a screen in the future. Though watching videos one a fridge seems like an uncomfortable setup.
While you're standing, the screen may not be at your head level, and the screen will probably always point at a 90 degree angle from the floor.
You would have to position a short table in front of it and make sure no one sits in front of you blocking the view.
