The Movies library does not support that kind of organization and nesting movies in subfolders below the library path may cause identification issues. Your options are to use the genre tab at the top center (which relies on proper tagging when it pulls metadata), create separate libraries for each genre and point the library path at the genre folder, or use a library type that does not scrape metadata and shows the folder/file structure like the Music Videos library.
