It is running Android TV.

The setup:
Windows 10 PC: Ryzen 5800x3D, 4070 TI
Latest version of Jellyfin Server
Philips POS559002 wired connection to the home network (1Gbps, but the LAN port of the TV seems to link on 100 Mbps).
Latest version of Jellyfin android TV app - playing with libVLC
