I'm using the native player from Samsung - just clicking in Jellyfin "play on DLNA" "play on TV" and it instantly starts. I'll also try to access the internet browser on the TV and launch the 4K with Jellyfin's web player - it could fix my problem.
Regarding the firewall - I think it's a matter of the router, and I'll be investigating the topic. Interestingly, I can't see not only this one but also other Jellyfin alternatives or DLNA services in the Samsung media.
