What does "log into the JF server" mean here? Where are you "logging in" from and what address are you using to log in? Screenshots?
On the server, open a windows command prompt. Can't remember if it needs to be an admin command prompt or not.
That will list the IPs of all the NICs in your server. Typically, one of them will be something like 192.168.X.X.
Does your router have any settings that would prevent devices from talking to each other? Usually called something like "AP Isolation".
