You could make a backup of your jellyfin and give 10.8.13 a try. It works well for a lot of us, including myself. I also have an Android TV and has no complaints about bugs. 10.9 is also right around the corner.

If you are adamant on downgrading Android TV, I think everything after 0.15 requires at least 10.8. Maybe even 10.8.10.
