On albums where Jellyfin can’t find images, it always uses the same default image of

It's been a while since I used Jellyfin for my music collection but if memory serves me, it takes quite a few scans to correctly identify everything. I'd try rescanning the library a number of times & be patient. Large libraries will take quite some time.
