SOLVED: HVEC Intel Arc A380 Decoding Issues

Well in the first log, the A380 isn't doing anything. There's no QSV going down, so it's not doing what you think it is.

In the second log, that's a clear sign that hardware acceleration isn't set up correctly or at least isn't using the correct device. You will want to follow the instructions (and read the known issues -- this may be your problem) on the HWA page: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/admini...ows-setups

Make sure your driver is compatible (not sure if that section is up to date, but it's worth a try) and that you've followed all the steps, enabled QSV correctly in the dashboard, and that you're pointing Jellyfin at the correct device to get the job done.
