The TV is running Android (Google TV).

Yikes! Is this true? If it makes it so ALL users have to go through a login all the time, that would not be good. If it is only a password for the user that otherwise would have a pin, I could live with that.

It would just stay logged in.  Optionally, you can use quick connect.

Maybe I did not make the situation clear. For the sake of argument, say I have 4 users. Users 1-3 are "normal" users and have "normal" access to libraries. User 4 has access to 1 or more additional libraries that users 1-3 do not have access to. When connected to user 1 and I want to change to user 4, I do NOT want it to just go to user 4. I want it to make user 4 put in a pin. If i go out as user 4 and then go back into the app, i do NOT want it to go back in without asking for a pin. It used to act like this, but I can't get that to work like that anymore. I would rather not have to have users 1-3 need to enter a pin/password at all, only user 4. But user 4 should need to do this whether switching in app OR when going into the app (if user 4 was the user last logged in.
Hope that clears up my question.
