Using AV1 encoding and decoding

I just updated my server to Jellyfin 10.9.0, and the server has an Intel Arc A380 in it.
I was excited to test the AV1 transcoding, but then I realized it was not being used as I tried to play something on my Windows 11 client (with the Player from Store).
My client has an Nvidia 3070 which should also support AV1 decoding.

Now it is still using HEVC, is there a way to force it to do AV1 transcoding?
