Image Scaling for Internet Streaming

I'd like to *bump* this up; part of this should be a fairly simple problem to fix; replacing a hardcoded number with a variable.

The other aspect, of changing the dimensions of thumbnail images sent, should be straightforward. The only issue being making it optimal requiring client-side knowledge (what screensize, same as how the CSS sets the image sizes)
