Exclude certain libraries from background image selection on home page?

I don't think it does. I believe that the background image is aware of parental controls and library permissions (it definitely didn't in 10.8.13) so it shouldn't set a background for a movie/show a user doesn't have access to. Other than that, I don't believe there are any other ways to control what backgrounds are set.
