Try turning off automatic port mapping in Jellyfin since you manually created it in the router firewall.
But that shouldn't prevent you from accessing it entirely.
Let's check the firewall status
Click Start > Type "Resource Monitor" > Click on the Network tab > Expand the "listening ports" table. Find jellyfin.exe on port 8096. What is the firewall status column for that port?
