SOLVED: Unable to Connect from anywhere

Are you able to undo what you did on the router?

Also, are you able to connect on the host machine using http://localhost:8096?

I am able to undo what was done on the router but i still want external connections to work.

As for connecting via localhost, i wasnt able to, but have since gained access after uninstalling, restarting my computer, reinstalling, restarting my computer, then starting the server, it immediately disappearing from the system tray and starting it multiple times until i could catch it to right click and click "Start Jellyfin." At which point an unnamed process with the jellyfin logo appeared on task manager. Then I ended the process, which let me start the server again, this time allowing me to connect to the server via localhost.

EDIT: I am still unable to connect externally.
