Well, I see your problem now.
I couldn't find any language setting in the Jellyfin for Android TV app, so I changed the language setting of the Android TV device and re-booted, and Jellyfin was still in English.

- clear data/cache or uninstall/re-install the app after changing the device's language (this might be problematic if you want other Android apps to display in Swedish).
- change the base language of the server from the dashboard (this might be problematic if you have other users who need to have their interface in Swedish).
