I hope that was clear.There's only an option to show collections in movie libraries. There's no equivalent for show libraries.
You can however mix shows and movies in a collection. All collections will be stored in the collection library tab that appears when you create your first one.

Hopefully you host mounted the config folder to be on an accesible external location, otherwise you'll need to go into the Docker container to extract it.
Remember to copy it only when the server is turned off to avoid any possible database corruption.
