Find jellyfin.exe on port 8096. What is in the Firewall Status column?
There was no jellyfin.exe in the resource monitor, that made me suspect that the app crashed (despite the icon in the tray was still there). I'll try rebooting the PC later (I'm not home now) and see if it restarts as it should.
