You need to follow the sorting of your media as recommended in the documentation:

When you link a library in Jellyfin to a folder on your system, Jellyfin expects the top-most subfolders to all be different shows or movies.
It's also not a good idea with what you did. You linked a library to a folder that has other libraries linked. That will cause issues for you.
