I am currently using Tailscale to connect my devices to allow me to stream music from anywhere. But I would like to make it so that I don't have to keep tailscale on at all times to access my music. The issue is that I'm terrible at networking, the only thing I know is how to run a Minecraft server and port forward it so that anyone on the same network can join. However there's a saving grace being that my TPlink router allows me to create a Dynamic DNS so that others can join. I'm wondering if I can apply the same logic as this to allow remote access without the use of Tailscale? (still superb tool tho)
