I could be wrong, but I think the issue was recommending an *ARR stack service as something the user should host, which could be interpreted as encouragement of piracy. I'm not part of the moderation team here, so I'm just guessing. Also the text you cited from the Piracy Policy is missing a relevant part that states: "References/guides to related tools that may or may not facilitate piracy (Sonarr, Radarr, etc. collectively "The *ARRs") are discouraged but are not prohibited as long as they are directly relevant to an issue with your Jellyfin instance." Seems to me that in EG's interpretation of your post, there wasn't an issue with a JF server that required the mention of said type of software, and since it looked like an encouragement of piracy, he decided to flag it.
I suppose the priority for the team here is to avoid Jellyfin from being labeled a "tool that facilitates piracy". Not saying I agree or disagree with the decision, but highlighting what I think was the cause for the warning.
