I understand that.  The Train Job is the first episode of the AIRED order.  So if you have it set to DVD order, that is the problem. The title you put in the file name does not affect the name in the Jellyfin UI. It uses "s01e01" in the filename, plus the show name in the folder, plus whatever ordering you selected, and pulls down the appropriate episode name from TMDB/TVDB.
