Even after a fresh install, I'm not able to connect to my server

Try disabling IPv6 in Jellyfin. This will require you restart Jellyfin after unchecking and saving.

Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
