You can try clearing the Jellyfin Media Player cache.
C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\local
In that folder there will be a "jellyfinmediaplayer" and "Jellyfin Media Player" folder. Delete both. Then open Jellyfin Media Player and try logging in to your server.
Also, is the Jellyfin server also running on the same PC you are running Jellyfin Media Player?
