chown -R 1000 /config
It worked. Restarted the service, checked it:
root@ff0bb8832cc3
# find /config -not -user 1000 -ls
root@ff0bb8832cc3
#
Still the problem persists.
New logs since the chown, look the same to me, but I'm posting incase you guys see something I didnt:
