Container Not Launching

I cannot get a basic container to launch and I am not sure why

Ok. So the container isn't even beginning to start.

Let's look at the docker daemon logs.

sudo journalctl -u docker.service -n 200 --no-pager

And what are the permissions on the config directory?

sudo ls -ld /srv /srv/appdata /srv/appdata/jellyfin

Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
Intel i3 12100
Intel Arc A380
OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1
