So if you added the m3u tuners to Jellyfin, I'm not sure what the question is. You watch it in Jellyfin. If you haven't setup Jellyfin for remote access then you need to take those steps. It requires you acquire either a free or paid domain, point your domain to your public IP, and setup either plain port forwarding or a reverse proxy and certifications for https.
