Holy mackerel, you have a lot of plugins.

Try disabling the playback reporting plugin. Some other users, including myself, have had issues with that plugin causing Jellyfin to not start.

Jellyfin 10.10.5 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Intel i3 12100
Intel Arc A380
