Hello, let me see if I can help out. I presume at this point your are trying to access you jellyfin server from the local network? You should only have port forwarding open if you are trying to access it externally.
1) Has this worked before? If yes, when did it stop?
2) Are the other devices on the same subnet? example, all IPs are 192.168.1.x
3) From the other PCs, can you at least 'ping' the IP address on the local network?
4) Are you using a reverse proxy or are there any hardware firewalls?
5) From the other PCs, how are you trying to access the server, via browser or the app? Have your tied with both http and https and are you using just the IP address or are you also using any DNS names?
