Can't figure out subtitles

I'd be curious of what went wrong though to make it not automatically recognize the embedded subtitles to maybe fix the root of the problem for the future. As I said though, it is very rare that I need subtitles so hopefully won't come up much. Usually when I'm converting my library from disk I burn in forced subtitles, but not every title flags things as forced.
