1. "Fake HDR" was never a thing. If you client supported the kind of HDR in your file it would play it as actual HDR. But clients that didn't support HDR, or the kind of HDR, in the file needed tone mapping to SDR. CPU tone mapping is coming in 10.10. HDR to SDR will no longer be exclusive to GPUs. BUT you will need a pretty capable CPU to tone map in software.
2. "Versions" of a movie/show has been supported for a long time if you named the files according to our documentation.

Movies were a bit easier, but shows had the functionality, too.
Yes, the Jellyfin file/folder name parser isn't as good as Plex. Our naming requirements are documented. If you don't have control of the file naming, there's not much we can do.
3. Intro skipper was jellyfin-web only, since it modified jelly-web. Native clients, like our Android TV app, won't be able to make use of that. 10.10 is adding a capability called "Media Segments" which will enable all client types to support intro/outro skipper like functionality. I don't know the status on incorporating that functionality into the clients.
AFAIK, there are no plans to add a "suggestions" type functionality. That kind of functionality is counter to Jellyfin's design philosophy.
