Server IP couldn't be found

Trying to open the tray app on windows 11 gets me this error

I just downloaded the newest version of jellyfin and when I click open jellyfin on the tray app, it gives me this error "Hmmm... can't reach this page
cumquat’s server IP address could not be found." I tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing changed. I can access jellyfin if I manually type my IP and :8096 but can't connect it to my TV.
What can I do?
