If you're using the SynoCommunity Jellyfin app, you need to update to a DSM version that they support to continue.
I would recommend that you switch over to the official Docker image provided by Jellyfin. If you want to keep your data from the current server, you'll need to figure out how to access and copy over your Jellyfin's server current config folder to a location accessible by the new container.
