associating is always difficult

It looks like you have all of your movies in a "Films" directory.  For the "versions" function to work your movies NEED to be in a folder.  Folders for movies is optional, in general.  But for "versions" to work it is NOT optional.

And the file name before the "version" needs to be the same as the folder name.
