Yeah. Mixed libraries are buggy and unsupported. There are ongoing discussions of deprecating them entirely.
That's in addition to your very much non-compliant organization. Why are Discovery's seasons in one folder, but TOS has separate folders at the same level as Discovery for each of its seasons?
Additionally, it looks like you are nesting all the Star Trek shows in their own folder. Which is also non-compliant. Having this kind of organization can throw off how they are identified. Also, TMDB and TVDB list TOS as simply "Star Trek". So including "The Original Series", in addition to the other organization issues, will cause mis-identification.
