Audio track metadata not updating for film

I ended up here because I too have 1 movie doing the same thing. Except I know for a fact that it has 3 tracks and it's only showing me 2. But they're mislabeled in jellyfin while ffprobe/mediainfo shows me the correct names. I also see JF shows me subs have a pgs option but they're all actually srt. It's like there's some sort of cached info stuck or maybe something off in the database? But JF is definitely not showing the correct names while other players show it completely fine.
Any way I can help?
I'm on 10.10.1 lsio docker.
